Frequently asked

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at end of billing period.

What counts as a call?

Every inbound call handled by the AI counts as one call, regardless of duration. Outbound calls and test calls do not count.
