Can I control what the receptionist says?
Yes. Write the question and the answer you want given, and your AI receptionist uses them on the next call. There is no retraining and no waiting: you add a Q&A pair in settings and the receptionist has it immediately. You can also call your own number and teach the receptionist by voice.

No. You forward the line your customers already know and we never take it over. Turning on forwarding is usually one code dialled from your phone, takes about thirty seconds on any carrier, and you can turn it off whenever you like.
