How to update your payment method
Change the card on file for your subscription.
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then Billing.
Click Update payment method
This opens a secure Stripe-hosted form. Your card details are never stored on AlwaysRespond's servers.
Enter your new card details
Enter card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing zip code.
Save
Click Save card. Your new card will be used for all future charges. The old card is removed.
Frequently asked
Will I be charged immediately when I update my card?
No. The new card is saved for future billing cycles only. If you have a past-due balance, it will be charged to the new card.
My payment failed — what happens?
AlwaysRespond retries failed payments 3 times over 7 days. After 3 failures, your account is paused and you'll receive an email to update your payment method.
