How to send broadcast SMS

Send a message to a group of customers at once. Pro and Premium plans only.

Go to SMS → New Broadcast

Available on Pro and Premium plans. Starter plan users will see a prompt to upgrade.

Choose your audience

Filter by: all customers, customers who haven't booked in X days, customers with a specific service type, or a custom list.

Write your message

Keep it under 160 characters for a single SMS. Use {first_name} to personalize. Preview shows exactly what recipients will receive.

Schedule or send immediately

Send now or schedule for a specific date and time. Best time to send: Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 2pm in your timezone.

Review the send report

After sending, SMS → Broadcasts shows delivered, failed, and opted-out counts. Click any broadcast to see individual delivery status.

Frequently asked

How many people can I send to at once?

No limit on Pro or Premium. The system queues messages and sends them in batches to avoid carrier filtering.

Will this affect my monthly call/SMS count?

Broadcast SMS is separate from your call count. It does use SMS sends, which are unlimited on all plans.
