How to connect Zapier

Create a Zapier account

Go to zapier.com and create a free account if you don't have one. The free plan allows up to 5 Zaps with 100 tasks per month.

Search for AlwaysRespond

In Zapier, click Create Zap. In the Trigger step, search for 'AlwaysRespond' and select it.

Choose a trigger event

Select what should start the Zap. Options include: New Call Completed, New Booking Created, New Customer Added, Invoice Paid.

Connect your account

Click Sign In to AlwaysRespond. You'll need your API key from Settings → Integrations → API.

Set up the action

Choose what should happen when the trigger fires. For example: New Booking → Add row to Google Sheets, or Invoice Paid → Send Slack message.

Test and activate

Run a test to confirm data flows correctly, then turn the Zap on. It will run automatically from that point forward.

Where do I find my API key?

Settings → Integrations → API. Copy the key and paste it into Zapier when prompted.

Can I trigger on missed calls?

Yes. 'Call Not Booked' is a trigger event you can use to fire a Zap when the AI answered but didn't convert to a booking.
