Sync AlwaysRespond with Google Calendar

Two-way sync means the AI sees your existing meetings and events when offering callers a time, and any appointment booked on a call lands on your calendar instantly with the customer's details.

Connect your Google account

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. Click Connect, sign in, and grant calendar access.

Pick which calendar to use

If you have multiple calendars (personal, work, team) pick the one the AI should both check and write to. We recommend a dedicated 'AlwaysRespond Bookings' calendar so personal events don't clutter the AI's view.

Set buffer times and working hours

• Working hours: tell the AI when you take appointments.
• Buffer: minimum gap between bookings (default 15 min).
• Max per day: cap on bookings the AI can offer in any 24h window.
