How to add your services and pricing
Tell the AI what you offer so it can book the right jobs.
Open Service Catalog
Go to Settings → Services in your dashboard.
Add each service
Click 'Add service' and enter the service name, a short description, and your price range (or leave price blank if it varies by job). The AI uses the description to recognize when callers are asking for that service.
Set up service-specific questions
For each service, add follow-up questions the AI should ask. For HVAC: 'Is this for heating or cooling? How old is the unit?' This gets you the info you need before calling back.
Mark emergency services
Flag services that are emergencies (burst pipe, gas leak, no heat in winter). The AI will escalate these calls immediately and text you right away.
