How to customize your AI greeting
Make the AI sound like your business from the very first word.

Go to AI Settings
In your dashboard, click Settings → AI Receptionist. This is where you control everything the AI says and does.
Set your business name
The AI uses your business name in the greeting and throughout the call. Make sure it's spelled exactly how you'd say it out loud.
Write your greeting script
You can write a custom opening line. Example: 'Thanks for calling Reliable Plumbing, how can I help you today?' Keep it under 15 words, callers want to get to the point.
Add your services
List every service you offer. The AI uses this to understand caller requests and ask the right follow-up questions. Be specific: 'drain cleaning' not just 'plumbing.'
Save and test
Hit Save, then call your number to hear the updated greeting. It goes live instantly.
