How to update your business information
Change your business name, address, hours, and contact details.

Go to Settings → Business
This is where your business name, address, phone, and service area live.
Update your details
Change any field and click Save. The AI uses your business name in every call, make sure it's spelled exactly how you say it out loud.
Update your business hours
Settings → Business → Hours. Set the days and times you're available. The AI uses these when telling callers about availability and when booking appointments.
Update your service area
Settings → Business → Service Area. Enter the cities or zip codes you serve. If a caller is outside your area, the AI will let them know.
