How to manage your notification settings
Control which texts and emails you receive from AlwaysRespond.
Go to Settings → Notifications
This is where you control every alert AlwaysRespond sends you.
New call notifications
Toggle on/off the SMS you get after every AI call. You can also choose whether to get the full transcript or just a summary.
New booking alerts
Get a text whenever the AI books an appointment. Includes customer name, service, and scheduled time.
Emergency escalations
These are always on, you can't turn off emergency alerts. But you can change which number they go to under Settings → AI Receptionist → Escalation.
Email notifications
Toggle the daily/weekly summary email. This gives you a digest of calls, bookings, and revenue from the period.
