How to upgrade or downgrade your plan
Switch plans anytime, billing prorates automatically.
Go to Settings → Billing
Click your plan name or go directly to Settings → Billing.
Click 'Change plan'
You'll see all available plans with your current one highlighted.
Select the new plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Billing adjustment
If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. No double billing.
Frequently asked
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. All call history, customers, and settings are preserved. You may lose access to premium features, but your data stays.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
