What counts as a call
Every inbound call handled by the AI counts as one call, regardless of duration. Outbound calls do not count.

Check your usage
Settings → Billing → Usage shows how many calls you've used this month vs. your included amount, and a day-by-day breakdown.

What happens when you go over
Calls never stop, we never cut you off. Calls beyond your included amount are billed at your plan's overage rate (Starter: $1.00/call, Pro: $0.80/call, Premium: $0.60/call) and added to your next invoice.

Upgrade to avoid overages
If you're consistently hitting your limit, upgrading to the next plan is usually cheaper than paying overages.
