Pricing templates the AI can quote on a call

Pre-load price ranges so the AI can answer 'how much?' confidently without overpromising or underquoting.

The most common call objection is 'how much does it cost?' If the AI says 'I'll have to check' you've lost the lead. Load realistic ranges and the AI handles it cleanly.

How to structure your price templates

  • Use ranges, not single numbers ('$200-$400 depending on the issue')
  • Always end with a CTA ('I can lock in a free estimate today at 4 PM if that works')
  • Cap urgency premiums ('Same-day adds $75 to standard rates')

Common ranges by trade

  • Plumbing: drain unclog $150-$350, water heater install $1,200-$2,800
  • HVAC: tune-up $89-$149, AC install $4,500-$8,000
  • Electrical: outlet/switch install $125-$250, panel upgrade $1,800-$3,500
  • Cleaning: standard 2bd2ba $135-$185, deep clean $250-$400
