How to set up automated review requests
Get Google, Yelp, and Nextdoor reviews on autopilot after every job.
Go to Reviews
Click 'Reviews' in the left sidebar.
Add your review platform links
Paste in your Google review link, Yelp link, Nextdoor link, or any others. Mark one as your primary, that's the link sent in every review SMS.
Customize your message
Edit the SMS your customers receive. Use {customer_name}, {business_name}, and {review_link} as placeholders. Keep it under 160 characters for a single SMS.
Turn automation on
Toggle the switch to enable. From now on, 2 hours after every completed job, your customer gets the review request automatically.
Send a test
Hit 'Send test SMS' to see exactly what your customers will receive before it goes live.

What if a customer is unhappy?
The AI filters, if a job ends with negative signals (complaints, the customer seemed frustrated), the review request goes to a private feedback form instead of your public Google page.
Can I send to multiple platforms?
Yes. Add all your platform links. The primary one goes in the SMS, but you can set up multi-step flows to hit Yelp after they've left a Google review.
