How to access call recordings and transcripts
Review every call in your dashboard.

Go to Calls
Click 'Calls' in the left sidebar.

Click any call
Each call row shows the caller name, number, date, duration, and outcome. Click a row to open the full call detail.

Listen to the recording
Hit the play button to listen to the full call audio.

Read the transcript
The AI-generated transcript appears below the player with speaker labels (Caller / AI). Use Cmd+F to search within the transcript.

Export or share
Download the recording as an MP3, or copy the transcript to paste into a job note.
