Go to Calls
Click 'Calls' in the left sidebar.
Click any call
Each call row shows the caller name, number, date, duration, and outcome. Click a row to open the full call detail.
Read the transcript
The AI-generated transcript appears below the player with speaker labels (Caller / AI). Use Cmd+F to search within the transcript.
Export or share
Hit Copy above the transcript to paste it into a job note or estimate.
