How booking confirmations work

What gets sent to you and your customer after a booking.

Customer confirmation

The moment a booking is confirmed on the call, the customer receives a text with: the date and time, your business name and phone number, and the service they booked.

Your notification

You get a text too, with the customer's name, number, what they need, and the booked time. The same info appears in your dashboard under Bookings.

Calendar event

A Google Calendar event is created automatically with the customer's details in the notes.

Reminder texts

24 hours before the appointment, both you and the customer get a reminder text automatically.
