How to add technicians to your team
Get your field crew into the system.

Go to Team
Click 'Team' in your dashboard sidebar.
Invite a technician
Click 'Add member', enter their name, phone number, and email. Set their role to 'Technician'.
They get a text and email invite
Your tech will receive a link to download the AlwaysRespond mobile app and create their account.
Set their skills
Tag each tech with the services they can perform. This lets the dispatch board auto-assign the right person for the job.
Set their work hours
Add their availability so the system knows when they're on the clock.
